By focusing my attention on only a small group of customers at a time, I can offer so much more attention to each and every mermaid. That is why a Simple and Efficient Order Process was developed. The production schedule is the same for all orders in this release. That means you will know exactly when your order will ship and when to expect its arrival.
All Mermaid Tails are not pre-made, they are made to order and can take up to 12 weeks (sometimes up to 15 weeks in the Summer and Winter) to make then ship.
Delivery Inside the U.S.
Delivery is Approximately 2-3 Daysafter shipping
Orders Ship in batches, depending on WHEN they were ordered.
Includes all deliveries inside the United States. Note that transit times can increased due to inclement weather, holiday rush or other events. Delivery to Hawaii & Alaska may take longer.
Delivery Outside the U.S.
Delivery is Approximately 6-10 Days after shipping

Customs fees and Duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local Postal Center or Customs Office for Delivery Assistance or if Customs Clearance Payment is required.
All orders are shipped via UPS, Sometimes USPS if thats all that is allowed, First Choice is always UPS.
Items will either be shipped by Priority or International Priority. Tracking numbers will be provided to customers via email, once orders have shipped.

Although many different monofins will fit in Shello Mermaid Tails, we do mostly recommend using Mahina Merfins.
Finis Shooter or Linden Bodyglove Monofins will fit if vinyl tab holes are added by customer.
Each and every Shello Mermaid Tail is made to order or Custom/commissioned work, therefore No Refunds or exchanges will be provided.
1.) An order has been cancelled prior to shipping. (Orders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement)
**All Cancelled orders will incur a 20%-50% (depending on where it is in production) cancellation/restocking fee. Refunds or exchanges of any kind are not permitted.
